The room that I had was clean, and as expected. The decor was a little bit aging in places, such as the bathroom. However the rate was cheap. A small number of the rooms are in an annex, which has to be accessed via an outside walk from reception.

I am using the PI more and more as it's great value for money. Breakfast is especially good, but it is from 06:30 and most of my flights take off at 06:10 for business. Surprisingly busy but good atmosphere in the bar early doors too.

Great location for Metro into Newcastle. If you wondered what Premier Inn was like in the 90s then stay here. Possibly the oldest rooms in the chain? My computer monitor is bigger than the TV! Usual comfy bed however. Bathroom very tired. Come on Premier Inn, it must be due a refit???

Room had no water from sink so we were moved. Place is getting dated now .But serves its purpose for an early flight .Food ok but nothing special..

Bed was great very comfortable and the location for the airport was great however the lack of sockets in the room was very poor and our room could do with some tlc

Great location near airport and next to a Green King pub. Room was large and bed comfortable, however the bathroom was tired and in need of an update. Only 3 sockets in the room and none next to the bed! No Aircon just a fan, so the room temperature was 24 degrees in early May. I wouldn't want to stay in the summer as opening a window wasn't an option due to aircraft noise.
Staff were pleasant and helpful.

I stay here for convenience. It is a good location for exploring the rest of Northumberland or as a stopover to Scotland. The staff are always friendly.

Steven was excellent, very friendly and efficient. When we asked to enter the hotel raffle he showcased premier inn values to their very best.

Our go to Premier Inn in the Newcastle area. Outside the city, so easy to get to, and ample free parking. But, with a Metro station a 5 minute walk away the city centre is only 20 minutes away.

As an alone female who normally stays in hotels alone I could this very unsettling, from the early evening to early morning a large group of men sat on the stairway drinking blocking passage, it seems this is a common occurrence, although the room was clean the environment let it down I would not recommend this
