I had a great experience in Poundland. I could not believe their prices. They sell some quality gear at remarkably cheap prices. On the radio they used to say that you are on a winner with Winners. You are definitely onto a winner with poundland

Awful shop. staff more interested in talking to each other than paying attention to the customer. Went to get served she saw me put my items down, continued talking in her head phones. Then said am on a different till I asked for a union jack bag she gave me a zebra bag. So not only un intelligent, careless and rude . The security guy was watching me as I had a back pack on as two people picked up goods and walked out the shop in front of him. joke shop!

Bit daft having paracetamol and ibuprofen on special offer 3 for £1 ... Then you get asked for ID .
Well I barely get asked and besides they should be behind the counter and not on special offer. So I had to go elsewhere for them

I shop in this store most days as work close by. The staff are generally very cheery and make a point of saying hello etc. The Manager Dave is great. V friendly n always on the ball... such a shame that the company dosent put more money into the upkeep of the fitting etc. The floor is like a patchwork quilt of hazard tape n mis matched flooring... such a shame as its a v busy branch n the staff work so hard to keep it so well stocked ....

Nice little shop to get reasonabley priced items, many things are over a pound so you need to be careful. Some things are actually cheaper else where so always shop around.Great to see they still have a check out available instead of these self serve check outs, sorry but I don't work for poundland I have my own job thanx.Clean tidy shop ,staff are polite.Been many a times and will be back.Family and friends already visit this shop x
