I went to post office recently, only to be told at 10.30am they need to close and training guy said a problem. I am not fit enough to walk back and forth and wasted my time and did not get to send item off. Since losing Chris and rest of his great staff, its now a total disaster, and has screwed up Fenham totally now for people who live there!

Guy who serves with tattoos is unbelievably rude. Watched me and other stand in a queue for over 10 minutes then decided he was going on his lunch. Asked him if he could?ve mentioned this to me and he started chatting back.Also watched him moan and slag off a customer who was having some difficulties as soon as she left

Please amend your opening hours. I made a detour to visit your branch today and you were closed at lunchtime. This is not obvious on the post office website. I appreciate it may be due to staffing levels, but notification of opening hours is a basic standard.

Used this post office for many years and never had any issues until today with the new member of staff. I asked for 2nd class signed for she tried to charge me for 1st class signed for I told her I asked for 2nd class signed for she then processed to argue with me and then turned around and said ?it?s only 70 more pence it?s a lot of work to reverse it for 70p? then gave me less than 70p in change.

I use this post office on a regular basis and find the staff to be helpful and pleasant. They give advice on correct postage for the item you are sending that covers the value and distance of your parcels. I have observed some disgraceful behaviour towards the staff . Mostly by people who do not know the cost of postage or the very secure regulations that are placed on goods that are to be sent. During these times I have found them to be patient and helpful towards customers . I would not hesitate to recommend this post office to others.

I normally do not write reviews, but having read some unfair negative reviews, I had to write this review.I have been using the post office for many years. Though staff have come and gone, I have found all of them to be VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL and POLITE. the present staff, Julie, Loraine and Chris are at the TOP of the tree. They go an extra mile to help, Very knowledgeable, well aware of the products offered by the Post Office.It is a pleasure to go there and see there friendly happy smiling faces.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK and ignore MEANINGLESS Negativity that some bring.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the lady wear glasses (family name quinn postoffice place ) working at your establishment. While I do not know her personally, I have observed her behavior while visiting your establishment and I have some worries that I would like to share.Firstly, I have noticed that she often appears tense and stressed, which makes me concerned about her wellbeing and the possibility of burnout. Additionally, there have been instances where she has been rude or dismissive towards customers, which is not only disrespectful, but also reflects poorly on your establishment.I understand that everyone has bad days, but consistent impoliteness can create a negative atmosphere for both customers and other employees. I would hate to see this behavior continue and potentially worsen, as it could ultimately impact your business.I encourage you to address these concerns with the lady in question and provide any necessary support or resources to help her improve her behavior and wellbeing. Every day I went to this post office this week it has been closed and asked for a redelivery to be made there which I missed at home. Now, my items will be sent back to the sender. Never actually seen the place open. Will be making a complaint.

The Post office website said it would be open until 17:30 on a friday.I walk for 30minutes to get there and no signs of life....Closed 30+ minutes early on a Friday the workshy skivers.30minutes walk back home, an hour wasted THANKS FOR NOTHING

Staff member claimed it was 7.50 to send a my parcel first class . I left unpleased and confused only to discover he was going to charge me a southern ireland price. Wouldn't use this post office or recommend staff are rude and clearly unkowlegdable. Perhaps some coaching on the job they are supposed to be doing Wouldn't go a miss!
