The perfect Italian experience. The food is delicious whether you order pasta, pizza or a steak. My favourite on the special is the beef stroganoff. The house made tiramisu is so good it is a must have. The entire staff is very friendly and efficient and they all create a wonderful atmosphere to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Francesca is a wonderful place where great food meets great value all in a lovely atmosphere.

My partner and I visited the restaurant on Saturday night. Was very busy, there was a queque at the entrace, which moved quite fast. Vale our server was so friendly and helpful, and made our visit so special. She made sure we were happy with our food and was very very sweet. Food was lovely, piping hot and delicious! Thank you so much ??

Some of the best and most traditional Italian food you?ll find in Newcastle. The issue as always is service for drinks, it took us 4 times of asking to get our first drinks which came as we were finishing our mains.

LOVE that you can get half a pizza and half a portion of pasta since I can never decide. Had a lovely pasta and very tasty (if a little tough) pizza. Atmosphere was quite loud for having a conversation, but otherwise nice. Service was reasonably quick, and the menu selection was good.

The food was passable, but im sure you can find better Italian food in Newcastle. Also the bald waiter is very jarring - I just wanted to eat without his abrasive rigamarole.

We called here the day before a cycling event, the half and half option was a brilliant choice to be able to enjoy pizza and a pasta! The price is incredibly reasonable and service was quick, would highly recommend

Lunch on a busy Thursday. Staff are friendly, welcoming and efficient, food is excellent and good value for money. Just like being back in Italy for a little while! Special mention to our waitress from Lithuania, didn't get her name, very friendly and obliging.

Amazing place! Pizza and pasta were delicious, the half and half special is a gamechanger. Staff were so friendly and the decoration is so cool! The food came super quickly too!! Highly recommend and we will be going back!!
