Staff are great. Take out prices are a joke. I got a special deal and it was still ridiculous for what you get for your money. It is really poor value. I won?t be ordering again, was disappointed.

Lovely staff in this restaurant - tables cleared promptly and with a smile! Plenty of choice of pizza, could do with more thin crust. 2 adults and 7 kids for £104 - can't go wrong!Kid-friendliness: 7 girls aged 10-12 all excited, and all have full bellies!!

Big shout out to Sarah and her team today. Restaurant was spotless, salad bar clean and fresh with no cross contamination. We had the buffet today which is usually average at best with it being made to a price but here it was absolutely delicious, fresh pizza, pasta and garlic bread, all nice and crispy with a generous amount of toppings. Would happily recommend.

Pointless being on justeat when you send the delivery out 3 hours later AVOID AVOID AVOID * SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE * disgusting appalling service from justeat, one order 2 and half hours late stone cold and rock hard , missing one item , only refunded me for the missing fries and disregarded the food being nearly 3 hour late or it being cold, made several complaints to the customer service team, kept being told there is nothing they can do as its not in line with the policy.. anothe order delivery never turned up at all.. contacted just eat and they said someone came in to the store and picked up my delivery for a collection.. how is that even possible.. appalling company bunch of thieves

The staff were amazing, 1st class customer service. Food was good, cheesecake was amazing. I would definitely go again.Wheelchair accessibility: It's on the second floor, but there is a lift.

Went on a Monday evening. Restaurant was very quiet.The salad on the salad bar did not look fresh.Staff were friendly.Food is slightly overpriced.

Went Pizza Hut tonight in the gate Newcastle, the guy serving us in there tonight Jackson was brilliant customer service was 10 out of 10. The Pizza Hut it?s self was very clean and well run I?ve been in some bad ones, but I?d definitely recommend this one I?ll be back

Service was great, changed toppings for me, were very friendly and went the extra mile. Food was delicious. ThanksVegetarian options: Needed to change some toppings as not all vegetarians like the same things and vege options are limited.
