My mum has dietary restrictions so can only have the Niçoise salad, they didn?t have any eggs which seemed weird. Staff were nice about it though. Just seems weird not to have eggs! Also portion sizes have gone down I swear

Very quiet at lunchtime, hence limited atmosphere. Staff excellent, especially with communication once they were advised I was profoundly deaf. Polenta chips excellent (and quite a treat for us).
Calzone probably the best I have had, plenty of flavour, a bit on the hot side for my taste but I would order again. Lasagne okay taste-wise but lacking in texture. We will return.

Overall a good experience, well decorated with nice vibes. Accommodating and friendly staff.
Gluten free options overall were good with a wide selection, however pizza was a bit of a let down, due to a lack of flavour/cheese, as well as the pricing.

Ordered here a few months ago - the restaurant was quiet as it was early afternoon, and the restaurant, being in a shopping centre, seemed a little out of place next to a Greggs, though next to two cafes, and also because for the kind of place that I expect would open late, it doesn't seem like it would. The restaurant was very open plan, rather than sectioned - almost like burger king, though for the price I was paying, I expected much better quality. However, since I was ordering to collect, this did not bother me. The service was great, but the food was not as high quality, as compared to Durham Pizza Express.
Parking: The location is next to the bus station in Eldon Square, but seemingly accessible only if you are approaching from the motorway. There is another parking lot on the same side of the road coming from The Gate, just before the estate agents and Chinese restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: As I recall, the door was push to open, but given the open plan setup, navigation for wheelchair users may be easy.

When ordering food I asked about whether the burn ends pizza was spicy as I can't tolerate anything spicy - the waitress checked with the chef and told me it wasn't at all spicy. On tasting the food I actually found it quite spicy and my lips went numb. Also, I wouldn't class it as "burnt ends", just beef. Fortunately this was only half of my pizza. Nobody asked if the food was OK which should be standard practice, especially if someone has made a query while ordering.I finished my meal before my wife and someone tried to take my plate away even after I pointed out that my wife was still eating - this is really bad form for waiting.The pizzas are a good size - not too big to feel stuffed but big enough to fill you. As usual, deserts are pricey for what they are, although we did enjoy them.

Food good as usual but had bad experience with the seating. Back to back with another table but the back kept moving as customers on the other side moved. Not good.

The food when it came was good but we waited a long time (ordered 13.39, delivered 14.10) for it and this made us late for our next appointment. The staff were polite and embarrassed at having to keep us waiting.
