Great reformer classes with excellent instructors. You're in safe hands if you've got a bad back or other problems as Nicci pays real attention to every attendee, and her classes are always inspiring.

Second time being here, first time on the 4th April 2022.Its so friendly and the teachers are very good.You get a good work out.I have very stiff joints and muscles so I needed to do some form of exercise so thought I give Pilates a try pleased I did.Its a nice mixture of people of all age.well worth trying it

Started with online classes and now moved onto the real thing, both Sandra and Nikki are great at what they do, and this is definitely not just for the ladies ?
