Amelia at Pets at Home Kingston Park was absolutely fantastic. Finding the right harnesses for our pointers isn?t easy - they?re not huge or particularly muscular dogs, but their exceptionally deep chests make fitting a harness correctly a real challenge. Amelia took the time to get it exactly right, trying different options, adjusting straps, and making sure everything was comfortable and secure. She didn?t rush, didn?t cut corners, and made the whole process effortless. On top of that, she even helped me register for the Pets at Home loyalty app. First-class service from someone who genuinely cares - thank you, Amelia!
