Staff is very friendly and helpful. Stock is usually well maintained and we've also tried their grooming service. Couldn't complain although my dog certainly hates the groom room but that's probably the case for any grooming places ?

Would give it less if I could. Just wish this shop wasn?t here at all.It?s totally unnecessary as there is no need for anyone to own a pet, and it could have been a way better and way more exciting and useful shop such as a Hobby Craft, The Works, or The Range. Instead it?s wasted on useless pet stuff. Such a shame.

hamster wheels too are too small for syrians. wildly fluctuating prices on hamster cages. the sand isn't suitable for them as its too dusty and carcinogenic. replacement hamster tube sets never in stock. cheaper prices for similar products in the neighbouring stores. but they do sell cute animals. but better to shop online for the accessories and feeds imo

Pets at home strikes again,about a year ago we was sold a really poorly hamster,and now less than a week we have been sold some poorly goldfish never again be careful when your buying your small pets from there, double triple check they are fit and healthy,I've been sold poorly pets twice now certainly not happening a third time
