App/website doesn?t give you an estimated time for collection, in store they can?t see you waiting and there is no bell, no order tracker. When I finally got their attention I was treated like I shouldn?t be there yet because they was 9 minutes left in the order but that it was going to be ready in 5 minutes. Oh which was not available on the website!

I ordered food at 5:38 PM through your app. At 6:29 PM, it falsely showed as "delivered," yet I?ve been sitting in the dining room for over an hour, and it?s now 7:00 PM. This is beyond unacceptable. Your service is utterly incompetent and disgraceful. Claiming delivery without actually delivering is either deceitful or gross negligence. Shame on you for such appalling service?completely pathetic to the core!

Ordered 2 pizzas, I had the works. It was tasty but disappointingly soggy and floppy as you can see in the photo. No greaseproof paper under the pizza so grease got everywhere. I think I'll shop elsewhere before I reorder from here. I know there's better quality elsewhere in the area.

Parking: Parking can get busy in Gosforth but if you're totally stuck there's normally spaces on top of the shopping centre.

Absolutely vile! We ordered two pizzas, two sides and a drink. In one pizza, there was long black hair cooked into the pizza base. I have never experienced anything quite as disgusting when ordering pizza. Despite trying to contact this store THREE TIMES to fix this, no one answered. I?m never ordering from here again.

OMG the manager hang the phone on me three times!!! this is so 90s service, where is training and customer care? After 58min my order arrived and I don't even want it. the attitude that who clame to be the manager made me doubtful of quality and standards. Took an hour and a half for food to arrive. food very avarege all the pizza topping was in the middle non round the outer edge , chicken goujons were stodgy .

Customer service here is horrible. I?ve had problems multiple times with the service here. Today we ordered a pizza - pizza tracker for this place doesn?t work so can?t use that to estimate order delivery time, and orders always come late from here so even though it said it had been delivered after an hour we waited an extra 30 minutes before calling the shop. My bf called them and politely asked if he could have an order update. Immediately the man on the phone took up a tone with my bf about how the driver called us but it didn?t connect, it?s been sent back to the shop etc. So my bf again politely explains he?s not sure why what?s happened, we?re calling him on the number we left the driver. The man on the phone repeats the phone number and reads out my bfs old number, which we updated on the website before placing the order and it says in our order confirmation that the number to call is my bf?s new number, so it was Papa Johns mistake, not ours. The man on the phone was so rude my bf couldn?t even be bothered to point this out as it wasn?t worth the attitude we were clearly going to get in response. As I say, not the first time we?ve had attitude problems from the staff here for things which are their fault. Big shame because I?ve never had any issues at any other branch of this chain, just this one.

The food from here is always amazing and delivered quickly. But recently the last 2 times the delivery driver won?t bring the food to my door as I live in an upstairs flat and says ?we?re not supposed to come inside? when he rings for me to come down and get it which is an inconvenience as I?m usually in my pyjamas, late at night and have to get changed to go down. I?m assuming he only does this as the man himself is large and doesn?t want to walk upstairs! I?ve never had a problem with any other take out and papa johns previous driver?s coming upstairs.
