App/website doesn’t give you an estimated time for collection, in store they can’t see you waiting and there is no bell, no order tracker. When I finally got their attention I was treated like I shouldn’t be there yet because they was 9 minutes left in the order but that it was going to be ready in 5 minutes. I ordered food at 5:38 PM through your app. At 6:29 PM, it falsely showed as "delivered," yet I’ve been sitting in the dining room for over an hour, and it’s now 7:00 PM. This is beyond unacceptable.
