I was able to make my purchase. But the staff wasn?t friendly, and it feel like it was an inconvenience of me trying to buy their bracelets. If you are in the area the one in Durham has better customer service!

Me and my mam went into Pandora Newcastle today and we were greeted with a young girl called Ellie. She was the most helpful person we had spoken to in a while and she couldn?t be more patient and helpful whilst we were trying to pick out our jewellery. Thank you Ellie, you?re an asset to the company! Such a lovely girl.

Called in today planning to make a large purchase of new ring, some spacer clips and a necklace. On walking in my husband and i received no greeting or help. Then when i asked the price of one of the spacers i was ignored as the 3 ladies working there were too busy looking at each others jewellery, once i did get someones attention she simply said a price and then turned around again to continue thier obviously VERY important conversation . After standing waiting to ask for help and them continually ignoring both of us despite trying to get thier attention we left.... Would return if was different people there but sadly let down by bad customer service.

During my visit on 6/12/2023, I encountered challenges with the level of customer service provided. The staff member who assisted me seemed disengaged and displayed a lack of enthusiasm or willingness to assist. It was evident through her demeanor that she might not have been adequately equipped with the skills necessary to handle customer interactions effectively.As a customer, I value an environment where I feel welcomed and supported. Unfortunately, the service I received fell short of these expectations, leaving me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience.I believe investing in customer service training, specifically emphasising the importance of a welcoming and helpful attitude towards customers, could significantly enhance the overall experience at your establishment. Encouraging staff to greet customers with a smile and ensuring they feel valued can make a substantial difference.

Very good service at Newcastle store on 16/02/2023 went in to see if my bangle would clean up before i bought the Pandora cleaning kit, the assistant was very pleasant he cleaned the bangle a bit and noticed the clasp was broke ( i had not noticed this)he spoke to another worker i assume a manager and she said straight away give the lady a new one.Best service ever.Thank you.

Incredibly rude staff. Asked us to wait whilst they served another customer and then eventually when finished asked us to rejoin the queue which was then out the door at that point. Complete waste of time, never coming back.

Very nice jewellery at a reasonable price. Recently had to take back a ring as a stone fell out and the replacement experience was fantastic.

Wasn't bad at all, had to wait around 10 mins, but as its Xmas it's to be expected. Knew what I wanted so there was no messing around, the lady that helped me was great and got me what I needed straight away. No fuss no hassle.

Went there yesterday. Store was empty. Not one customer in besides my husband and I. 4 ladies are busy chatting behind the counter. None of them greets us at any point (stayed at least 10 mins in the store). No help is offered. They haves boxes on the counters preventing you from seeing anything and instead of moving them they just ignore you. So unprofessional and rude. Obviously didn't buy anything from them. Just get your order online and don't waste your time or just don't buy from them at all.
