Head manger Muhammad never does his job correctly I ask for the content lock to be taken off after I bought a new sim card and top up he tried to push me into a contract and I said NO and all because I said no he's blocking my 18 content restrictions like a moron. This is my last 28days with 02 they can shove there service. My other 8 family members are moving over to BECAUSE of Muhammad and co. Chowout

Unfortunately I can't give less than one star.
The customer service was appalling.
I'm not sure of the advisors name but he clearly wasn't interested. Asked about the Sony phones he said 02 don't do them despite them being available online via my 02. Asked then about the Samsung's. Didn't go into my account. Told me to stop looking online as they're the same offers and prices which they weren't. He asked me how much data I need, I said I'm not sure. He just replied well I'm not in your account. He just wasn't interested. Just gave me a price as I looked up my data usage and that was that. I've usually went against my better instinct when upgrading especially if it is an increase in price because advisors really sell it and ask questions about budget, go into your account and discuss usage, know all the technical side of phones and which is best to suit me so I don't mind paying an increase. This guy however had just absolutely no interest. I worked for 02 years ago in store and the first thing we were told is to have a conversation and get to know your customer, find a phone that's unique to them, find them a plan. It was about keeping customers and customer service.
I'm just not sure if it was nearing home time or because they don't get commission for upgrades hence all incentive and customer service is removed completely but I'll never be back. I've been with 02 fifteen years and this is the first time I've considered moving network.

DO NOT get insurance through o2. If you have insurance. CANCEL it and go elsewhere.

Popped in with a fault on my phone, came out 20 mins later with a new phone and contract. All very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Luke was great!

Very disappointed in 02 store in Newcastle. My mam purchased a new phone from there about one week ago. She was served by a nice guy named Luke,, he was so patient with her. She knows nothing about smart phones so just wanted a basic pay as you go phone. She is in her 70?s and tried to get on with this new phone but couldn?t manage it so went to change it. Unfortunately Luke wasn?t not working that day so was seen by other staff members who were basically rude and unhelpful. Also she was told she couldn?t have her money back that day as they don?t have cash on the premises,, she paid cash as she doesn?t trust card payments, so had to travel to another store to get her money back. There was other issues too but would take ages to put everything in this review. Just to say very bad service 02,, if I had been a customer of yours I would be cancelling my contract with you after treating my mam the way you did. Fortunately I?m not an 02 customer,, and would never recommend you to anyone. Also had to put at least one star rating to post this,, otherwise you would get zero stars.

Staff appear to be on some kind of power trip. Given incorrect information several times. Told item was out of stock then it was in stock. Staff then refused to sell the item until apology was offered. Condescending, patronising, rude, and unprofessional.
