Amazing customer service in store. Not the staffs fault but prices are better online. £70 a month 02 then online on 3rd party website same 02 contract at £52.00 pm makes no sense

My experience at first was good and cheap however when I cancelled my contract somehow I'm paying two contract still and I cancelled them last year 2022 or 2021 when I last time I had Internet on my phone but I still paid £410 four month when I don't have internet and I'm spending to much out of my daily cost that I can't afford as I don't work and company and staff aware I don't have a enough. Owe me money from still been paying thousands over two years of not being with O2. Customer service had said cancelled my contract then sent solicitor on me and I'm still paying for, which I never been with o2 since 2021 when I cancelled first contact which second was temporarily and they charged me £59 twice month instead of £10 and 20 per month. Now I'm paying hundreds for there mistake and numbers of Fraudsters pretending be O2 on 202 number.

I am hard of hearing.... There needs to be more training and understanding!!!....was put through to someone via a very quiet shop phone, only to be told I would be cut off if I didn't listen (I couldn't hear him anyway) to him relaying the rules before we could try and get to the point of why I was even on the phone in the first place!... Reason I had to go into the shop... was because my direct debit payment had mysteriously been stopped (NOT FROM MY END) rude man on phone bkmed my bank and me... I had no idea until I got a message threatening me with charges... I have been with O2 for over 20years..akwats paid my bills... And now because of some mysterious error(NOT ON MY PART) I am being made to pay extra... WELL DONE O2.... deeply unhappy customer!!!

My reply to 02 message to me, No 02 I don't need further assistance with features on my device or with the settings or anything I returned my new phone unused and a tablet within twenty four hours of the contract starting because three years is a very long time my contract was not cancelled until afew days ago when I had to return back to the store and show my receipt stating that it had been returned at the beginning of September 2023 , Just think if I had just assumed it had been cancelled as 02 originally informed me I would still be in contract. I'll check my credit report next month and make sure this contract has been ended. I'm sorry but I'm not taking 02 word for nothing.

My husband traveled for an hour by bus to go to the eldon square 02 store, only to be told that he would have to wait three hours before he could be seen by a member of staff so he came back home very unhappy.not happy with customer service.

Our daughter who has a physical disability visited this store last Sunday as she wished to upgrade her phone. Because she has a speech impediment she wrote everything down and took her friend. I would add that our daughter is extremely intelligent and understands everything about mobile phones and social media,moreso than the average person. She actually writes website for businesses. She was treated abominably by a young staff member who read her note and told her that they could not help her and that she wouldn't understand it if they could. One of the Managers was summoned by her friend and he was likewise extremely rude and treated both of them with contempt. They are both in wheelchairs and we were disgusted to hear how they had been treated. Our daughter has lived in Newcastle for most of her adult life and for most part she is greeted with kindness and respect wherever she goes. I might add that they then went to Vodafone and had a completely opposite experience from them. It takes a lot of courage for disabled people to live a normal life and people who treat them like this ought to be ashamed of themselves.Sandra & Joe Fraser

Was in here at the beginning for a Switch up and an unexpected upgrade. Luke was fantastic very helpful, very polite and very knowledge and accommodating for what we wanted. 10/10 customer service

Very Poor experience ! Phoned shop, no pickup. Went along, to buy iPhone 14, given appointment slot, went back to shop then had to wait again. When we were seen to we asked for data transfer as we have had problems before. Told sorry this can?t be done on a day appt. The guy took 20 mins to explain why this couldn?t be done as they were too busy. There were only 2 customers in shop! We were told we would have to book 3 weeks in advance for this.Needless to say we left, and went to the Apple shop and we were sorted in 20 mins!We have also had a similar poor experience at Cramlington O2, with similar problems. Hope O2 are monitoring this!

Incredibly poor service, I went in looking for a new iPhone 14 pro max fully intending to order one but walked out after 5 minutes - no hello, can I help, staff just stood chatting to each other and couldn?t catch anyone?s eye - they clearly decided I wasn?t worth their time for some reason, so I?ll take my business elsewhere!
