Medication is delivered on time in dossett but any extras are delivered when they feel like it . Getting through to them on the phone is difficult and the manager / owner was rude when I asked to speak with him , basically giving me a veiled threat that the service would be taken away from my mum once the right to make a complaint was exercised . He said it is a free service that can be taken away .To say that to a bereaved woman was insensitive and rude . The person on the phone said they don't have strips or any needles for insulin but he told me that they have them . Staff are incompetent/ can't be bothered to check properly and pharmacist / owner is on a power trip.

I have my prescription sent to this pharmacy. It is the most efficient pharmacy I have used. Medication is delivered with no fuss or delays. They are always available should you need any advice. I highly recommend them. Thank to all the staff who work extremely hard.

I would give this no stars but canâ??t. Number of times delivery Peale not bothered to ring bell but shove a note through letterbox with tried delivery.this has happened twice now and on one occasion prescription left at backdoor on drive. On last occasion missing meds but no note telling me outstanding meds, nothing.only when I go to to gp they tell me they electronically sent all list to pharmacy.when I call owner doesn't apologise keeps stating delivery drivers donâ??t do this. They deliver all meds. I am a disabled and partially sighted person who relies on meds to be delivered.Owner of this place states free delivery service at their discretion when trying to explain what has happened.

I had searched many pharmacy outlets within the west end looking for XXXXL sized condoms as I am a very well endowed man. Nuns moor pharmacy was the first shop which had what I needed. Also got vasoline and a vibrating ring for wor lass at a very cheap price. Pure buzzin 5 stars from me

This pharmacist seems to think it's acceptable to speak to a 77 year old woman whom may I add is not only disabled, but has a raging chest infection in this manner. It goes like this, mam hello please could you tell me when my prescription will be delivered as I'm desperate for my antibiotics, they were supposed to be delivered yesterday. Pharmacist reply.. Do you think you are the only one that needs meds, what did you do before we had a delivery service, mam well I had to rely on family. Pharmacist I have over 200 patients to delver to. Mam well would you like me to use a different service, pharmacist please yourself, now do you want these tablets delivered or what, mam yes please. I personally wanted to go round & give him a piece of my mind but unfortunately mam being the lovely kind caring person she is said no. This is why I'm putting it on here for all to see what a truly awful man this pharmacist is, to reduce a 77 year old woman to tears. Oh & I will be making a formal complaint unless he phones & genuinely apologises!

I have been using this chemist for quite a few years. The staff are friendly and the chemist man is great for asking questions. I asked a bit information on my new meds and he knew without thinking or looking up in a book. Great customer experience always.

Absolutely ridiculous. Came home to find someone posted my medication through the letter box (even though it was twice the size of the letterbox) which completely tore apart the bag it was in and squished and opened all the boxes leaving all my medication strewn all over the floor as if a rapid dog had attacked both the bag and the boxes. What a joke.
