Been to B&M Kingston park today and bought some crisps which went out of date on 18/10/2021 it?s now the 31/10/2021 and when I got home to open them they had bird poo on them. Very disappointing.

Staff bad attitudes,rude to my wife in front of other customers was told the shoes she order were not there repeated times only to be found by the only helpful staff member.

I was looking for some boot cut jeans but I had to ask 1 of the shop assistants because I couldn't find any.Just because they are going overboard on the amount of skinny fit jeans on the rails They must think everyone has perfect legs.It took a while to find some boot cut jeans that were my size but we did eventually.All in all a worthwhile trip.

Enjoyed my visit this morning, lovely store, with all Covid precautions in place. The gentlemen in the Home department were particularly friendly, all wearing masks and paying attention to all precautions, which made me feel comfortable enough to browse. Thank you

Lovely store, just been renovated. Now has a Costa Express upstairs on the Home department , with nice views of the retail park. Coffee was very good.
