Shuaib bhai and his team provided an impeccable service. From start to finish everything was coordinated very well. The team were very organised and it was evident they were very experienced in the service they provide.Shuaib Bhai?s conduct, personality, selflessness and etiquette was inspirational. Even though we were a very big group, he was always at hand and made sure everyone was ok. He was always very patient and communicated all plans to us daily.We are very fortunate to have such a brother in the North East. I can?t thank him enough for everything he did for us during our umrah trip. It was my first time travelling with Newcastle Travel and Tours, in sha Allah it will not be my last.

This was first time ever going Saudi and Subhan'Allah what an experience I receive from Newcastle Travel. They had plenty of staff that were attentive to individuals needs, the tours were very informative about Islamic history. The hotels location in Madinah and Mecca were very close to the masjids. I have recommended everyone who wants to do their umrah for the first time to go with Newcastle Travel. Insha'Allah any future travels I do will be with Newcastle Travels.
