Ordered an ideal logic heat exchanger, didn't expect all the igniter, probe, condensate and new o-rings which obviously helped massively, great fast efficient service, (used the express delivery) packaging was 1st class as well.

People were very helpful identifying which Vaillant PCB I needed (so good communications). PCB arrived as arranged. I fitted the PCB and it all works as it should.I guess it would be fair to say that no one mentioned a need to reset the DSN - so, on switch-on, all I got was an error code. However, 5 mins on Google gave me the information I needed and the boiler roared into life.I am a satisfied customer.
