Excellent product service and supplies. I'm very happy with the level of service I was provided and the instant communication via WhatsApp. I managed to purchase a refurbished Vaillant pump that would ordinarily have set me back over £250.

Excellent service from this supplier, I ordered a new pump on Friday 28th March & it was delivered on Sunday 30th!!
although i only expected it on Tues/Wed at earliest, as i only paid for standard delivery, so a pleasant surprise & much appreciated!!
I had a problem with the electrical connections as one was different!!
So i sent a whatsapp message on Sunday 30th with photos of the problem & again i was surprised to get a phone call within an hour or so, where it was explained to me that the connection that was different plays no part in the running of the pump, but he would send me a video of how to swap over the connection box from my old pump on to the new pump, which he did!!
I followed his instructions & swapped them over, but it turned out that my connections box was the problem (hence not working the pump!), so i swapped them back & hey presto the pump works a treat, as he was right the different connection was not needed!!
I am so thankful of the brilliant service received, as it has saved me a lot of headache & also a lot of money, as i was able to do the job myself!!
So I will definitely use & recommend Newcastle Heating & Plumbing Ltd again!!
