Please avoid this company. We have been completely crippled financially because of an admin error they made and will not rectify. We?re currently having to go through the ombudsman to regain financial security. No doubt like all unscrupulous companies they will reply to this saying ?we?ve sorted your issue?. Do not fall for it please.

I have been using Newcastle Building Society for the last twelve years and have always found that the staff are very helpful, they do not rush you, the only bad thing I can think of is branches closed. In recent years. Now I have to go into Newcastle Town center to withdraw my money cos the Heaton one and new bridge Street branches are now closed for good.
