I wanted to make a point of leaving a review, because I've been in today, and the staff were SO nice and helpful. I interacted with several different staff members, and they really went above and beyond. Lee and Georgia made sure I got everything sorted with my returns and new order, and I so appreciate their help. Haven't been to New Look in a long while, but I'll definitely be back shopping in-store again soon.

On Friday, January 3rd, 2025, I went shopping and had one item to return. I waited in the queue for about 20 minutes. When it was my turn, the staff member informed me that a similar item, in the size I was looking for, available online and at a lower price than what I had paid in-store. She mentioned that if I wanted to exchange it, I wouldn't be able to get a refund for the difference; instead, I would need to spend it in the store that day. I agreed and found an item for the same price. However, when I asked her if I could skip the long queue to make the exchanges, she didn't agree and sent me back to wait in the line again, which was in my right to serve me straight away, this was so disappointing.l

I can't say enough how pleasant and friendly the staff were. I was blown away with their interaction with us from the changing room staff to the counter staff. 20/07/2024 pm reference

tills were off today, whole fuss made by staff, asked for a bag and after making us all wait, was still told to pay 30p for a bag - personally feel the sales assistant should?ve just gave the bag free of charge after delaying customers from making purchases
