Visited earlier with 4 of my friends and was told 10 minute waiting time for table, ended up waiting 35 minutes and a table of 7, a table of 4, a table of 10 and many more were sat before us. The workers were not apologetic for the waiting time and we ended up leaving without being seated and no food. I understand it?s busy with Christmas season but we felt very ignored, very bad customer service.

I?m a loyal customer of Nando?s , and this place made me think twice about it, it?s horrible the table was shaking and not stable they didn?t have straws not only one time , I visited it 2 times and both times they didn?t have straws .

There were a lot of items out of stock, and the slaw was totally different to what I get at other nandos, however I'm assuming they must have had a supply or delivery issue. There were none of the spiciest sauce options available which was dissapointing

It?s a great place for friends to meet. We had sharing platters. There are 15 wings with two large or four regular sides. I recommend that everyone should choose corn on the cob. It is served with butter. So delicious!
And you can choose your own level of spiciness. Their legendary PERi-PERi is made with African Bird?s Eye Chillies, a splash of lemon, and a kick of garlic.?

Food was standard Nando's quality, so it was great.
What really set them apart was the management. Everyone was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. The manager even apologized for a 10-minute wait for our food, despite us coming in expecting a much longer wait.
However, a point of improvement would be to ensure cutlery is cleaned properly- as we noticed quite a few of the cutlery were not. While we did find clean ones to use, it didn't inspire confidence that in the overall hygiene.

this nandos has the nicest staff !! there is a very kind blonde girl who has been working when i've visited the last two times, and she is so sweet and genuine. today my phone glitched and ordered twice, and she offered to get it refunded for me without me even asking. i ended up taking it home for dinner instead, but just the fact that she was so eager to help speaks volumes. of course, the food is absolutely wonderful as nandos usually is. pita comes out warm and fresh. and the restaurant is spotless and well taken care of. :)

Superb service at the Nandos Eldon Sq. branch on the evening of Saturday 27th July. Last minute walk-in with a group of 26 (mixture of adults and children). The management and staff were absolutely superb, incredibly accommodating and deserve a medal for dealing with us ! Food was spot on. Would certainly recommend.

Nando's Newcastle Eldons Square
restaurant a short distance from the city center, not far from the Monument. After entering, they will select a table for you and show you to it. The restaurant has a ground floor, a first floor and a front garden. There is a simple menu. You have to bring cutlery, napkins, seasoning set, glasses of water to the table yourself. You also have to go to the counter to order, when you look for food on the menu. After placing the order, you pay at the counter. They just bring a tray with the ordered food to your table. Very simple environment and minimal maintenance.
