Been there today to collect delivery and was shocked to see staff's behaviour(not all) even before asking at the counter, lady with specs didn't even speak & pointed to a colleague(very rude) and lady at counter after saying 'delivery' uttered 'someone doing it'. No response to your HELLO /HI, their face expression spoke more than words. Understand you busy but it doesn't mean to disrespect anybody.
3.5 stars for the lad who was busy atleast spoke kindly & inform the situation about busy schedule.
We understand but DISRESPECTING is not the ANSWER.

Do not order a delivery from this store! They canceled my order from one app, and then when I used another, it took them over an hour over the initial time to gather it, and then didn't give the delivery man most of the items!!!

Good parking facilities, but surprised to see low quality of their own brand bread which expired before expiry date. Bought on 18th July, photo taken on 19th July morning. Quality goes down these days.

About as good & expensive as the other supermarkets. Just went there as we were passing. Items marked as £1.8 for 3 & the packs only had 2 items in. Notified the attendant who didn?t seem bothered, just took the label out and said it is the same price for two so it?ll be a bit more expensive & walked off.

Shelves always empty, freezers always broke and empty. Never any staff around to ask for help. A full box of gluten free bread 4 weeks out of date still on the shelf. Lots of their special offers never come off at the tills, so always over charged. I have been shopping here for many years, since it opened but i will be doing my shopping elsewhere now for a better selection and a better shopping experience.

Over priced. Lazy staff . Stopped at the cafe for a drink. And couldn't believe how dirty it was early in the morning unclean tables and dirty cockery . Disgusting.

My husband pops in here if we need an item I've never been in here since covid I don't like the shop I'm not to sure why
