Disgusting customer service and discrimination.
I was very happy to find some great deals and amazing discounts at my local Morrison.
Unfortunately I was refused to purchased ANY of the items that i placed in my basket.
I was told that there's problem with the discounted products as these dont go through the till properly and i can't purchase any of the items.
Staff started aggressively removing all discounted products from the shelf.
Another customer took ALL her discounted items to the self checkout and cashier help her to process all of the items as she has complained.
I was hovewer refused to purchase anything.
I asked to speak with store manager and extremely rude lady told me that they cant sell any of those products to me despite the fact another customer purchased everything that they wanted.
She said that this is the decision of head office and she can't sell this to me.
Double standard and discusting intimidating behaviour.
Will not buy from Morrison ever again.

The pickers for uber eats orders are absolutely atrocious here. They don?t even substitute anything and remove items as much as possible. Sounds like someone needs fired

Terrible shop. Cant even do a order correctly on deliveroo. Wouldn?t refund their end and deliveroo wouldnt refund either so absolute JOKE.

This is a nice shop staff is kind and helpful but this security guard shift on 21 June 2025 stopped me for no reason made me go back and get a receipt which took at least 10 mins then had the audacity to say it was my fault and was too lazy to check back security footage

A massive push to get you to use the self scan check outs even in pre-Christmas period leading to large queues at the 2/3 checkouts actually staffed.
Today I bought fuel at pay at pump. Loyalty card was not accepted and "new system " would not allow points to be added in kiosk.
Not a convenience store wrt customers. Local Lidl has only manned checkouts and are quick to open more. Pity they don't sell fuel!
