they said they could get a prescription in my regular pharmacy couldn't. I got the script sent and a week later they didn't have it in, week later didn't have it, asked if they could deliver once its in and was told yes. week later no deliver, go in to check and told the scripts expired

Me my dear girlfriend and my support staff went to this pharmacy and was greeted with discussing customer service. There was a lady called Annette behind the counter who was very foul and was giving all of us to dirty looks. We then spoke to the pharmacist himself and said we do not have a legal obligation to sign any documentation for return of medication. I explained very carefully and nicely that I am under a support company has a legal requirement to receive signed document To say that it has been returned so that my staff member does not get sacked in. Not so many words he did not care and said he would dispose it in anyway.

Pharmacist is brilliant and most of the staff are really welcoming and understanding.But spent 2 hours waiting for my prescription with my 9 month old daughter, watching everyone else come and go but one member of staff was lying to customers about waiting times, she was arrogant and dressed like a barbie doll with fake nails, long black hair and make up like she was going out on a night out. She was constantly rude to customer and with no name tag either, aswell as chewing chewing gum while speaking to customers.Upon being noticed after 2 hours of waiting they told me they hadn't had my peracription in stock and told to go else where while being handed my peracription as if it was nothing.Think she's in the wrong profession.

Rubbish. Wait forty minutes and don?t get seen. Ten people behind the counter and twenty people come in after you and they get seen first. Left without my pills

Clearly understaffed and poorly managed. Having your entire team working on preparing and handing out prescriptions when you have a queue of people waiting for overpriced over-the-counter or shop floor purchases is ridiculous. I gave up and walked out after waiting for 15 minutes.

Since the merger with St Stevens, I've had nothing but problems with my prescriptions. Your told it will be delivered next day and nothing turns up. Trying to get though on the phone is just about impossible it's always engaged why can't they have a dedicated team member for the scrip the line. I have changed chemist's now.

Very poor customer service, keep putting the phone down when your trying to get in touch also myself and a few people I know receive the prescription however they don?t include everything that should have been prescribed by the doctor, everything should be issued included in the prescription as this is very important to vulnerable elderly people.

Poor customer service, they made me drive around to another pharmacy to collect my prescription, when they had it at they pharmacy.When I asked the lady a question why you made me drive to an different pharmacy and wasted my time, instead of acknowledge their mistake she started to get awkward and started to blame me for shouting when i was just talking in a normal voice, a guess good way to get out of trouble.Stay away from these, just time waste, last thing you want when you are ill to drive around for no reason.Not even said sorry that's how polite she was.
