I feel bad putting a ?1? when the cookies taste perfectly fine but I had probably the worst ever customer service at Eldon Square with Fulsun who is actually the MANAGER. I worked here temporarily for almost 2 weeks and almost everyday for the first few days I went over to try some cookies.
I went over one day to ask about their ?too good to go? and she said ?sorry I?m busy? as she was slowly picking up an empty box. I then told her I just had a really quick question on what items you?d usually get. She didn?t even look at me and said ?cookies?.
This might only sound like a small issue but I couldn?t tell you how rude she was. The other workers (apart from the male PJ I think) were all also so rude and unfriendly. None of them smiled even though I went over beaming. They say you treat your customers how your manager treats you I guess. Wouldn?t even buy cookies there again due to this experience. Shocking. Even all of the staff in the shopping centre agreed she?s moody and doesn?t belong in customer service. How is she the manager!!!

The mall itself is great it?s the security staff they hire well certain ones that follow my relative around that I care for by the way by betraying him to be a thief when he isn?t just because there is someone that they say looks like him makes them believe it?s my relative. My relative has many health issues wears dark tinted glasses and a cap 24/7 because he suffers with light sensitive epilepsy he also has many other disabilities it?s the 3rd time myself and relative have been followed and the 3rd time there?s been complaints put in with no actual response or anything until today after speaking to a nice woman who is actually going to call a meeting to sort it out well fingers crossed and it doesn?t happen again to us or other people who they believe who are thief?s
