Been here today with my granddaughter, Amanda was working, I guess on the floor, cleaning tables and welcoming people, what a lovely hard working young lady! She never stopped wiping tables and asking everyone if everything was okay!!!!

Complete joke, ordered on the app and checked in at Killingworth where ordered. Then it comes up my order is collected at Whitley Road. Told at Killingworth not ordered there and app says ordered Whitley Road. But confirmation says ordered at Killingworth and checked in at Killingworth ! Because I don't have bank app on phone as my works phone not personal.want to charge me again and I have to make the trip back to get a refund ! It never happens for refunds, charged twice last year refund never given ! Your app messed up and says order collected at another branch when ordered to yours. You shouldn't look at people like you just stood in something you didn't want to stand in ! Your app and run by you, so if it messes up you should resolve over looking and treating someone like we made the app and made the error ! Charge twice and then have to waste a journey and time to resolve. Last time you charged me twice you told me I must have made 2 orders and refused to refund it !

I travel up and down the country with work been to alot off mcdonald's restaurants. I stopped here today to use the toilet and get some food the toilets were absolutely disgusting the worse I've seen in any mcdonald's the smell off urine is over powering smacks you in the face all the floors were very slippery not wet like grease the was ok but not very warm

15 minute wait to pick up food for takeaway. Too busy prioritising deliveries. Order number comes up as ready to collect, then disappears. Then get given the wrong food - ordered a double cheeseburger and end up with a chilli cheeseburger!

If you've got an hour spare to wait for mediocre food this is the place to be. Terrible service, cold food after a long wait. Absolute chaos with food all over the floor and mountains of cold burgers waiting to be served in a messy heap. My nuggets and fries weren't even in the boxes in the bag! Milkshake was almost a solid so couldn't drink it. Never seen as big a shambles as this place.

Has to be the worst mcd around. Blunt one word answers from staff. Wrong order again. Missing a burger. No napkins . The chips were the worst ever, tasteless and stone cold

Why when I ask for a drink from a McDonald's do I not get a full cup and this is happening constantly lately at the Killingworth McDonald's. Both my drinks from my meals today were just over half full yet I get charged full price for not even 3 quarter full drink. It's unfortunate because I used to rate this McDonald's highly, but it has gone completely wrong in the last year.

Drive through at Killingworth very disappointing.
Very slow service.
Staff offered me the wrong order. Eventually got the right order. Food was luke warm at best and tasteless.
Asked for Fanta but when we got home we realised we had been given soda water.
Won?t be returning as extremely disappointed with the whole experience

I think whoever is the manager needs to have a lesson in customer service, so that the staff can be trained correctly.
