Been here today with my granddaughter, Amanda was working, I guess on the floor, cleaning tables and welcoming people, what a lovely hard working young lady! She never stopped wiping tables and asking everyone if everything was okay!!!!

Complete joke, ordered on the app and checked in at Killingworth where ordered. Then it comes up my order is collected at Whitley Road. Told at Killingworth not ordered there and app says ordered Whitley Road. But confirmation says ordered at Killingworth and checked in at Killingworth ! I travel up and down the country with work been to alot off mcdonald's restaurants. I stopped here today to use the toilet and get some food the toilets were absolutely disgusting the worse I've seen in any mcdonald's the smell off urine is over powering smacks you in the face all the floors were very slippery not wet like... read full comment
