I cannot take it any longer with this moronic McDonald's. I swear on my children that every order I have ever recieved in the past 5 years has been wrong. I have had enough of this place. Definitely the worst McDonalds in the UK. If not the world.
Ordered 9 Chicken selects with dips and got 18 chicken nuggets with zero dips.
I feel like coming back and just throwing each nugget off the nugget staff's head's.

Food never ready always have to park up with the other millions of cars and you carnt even get out the drive through due to people having to park up Only interested in getting the lads away on there delivery biles that don't have lights....ideal for the dark nights absolutely ridiculous.20 mins now been parked up and still waiting

As a driver covering the whole of the UK, this has got to be the worst McDonald's in the whole country. Since it was shut a few years ago for refurbishment, it is never recovered. No matter what time of day you go, there's a queue. No matter how many people there are. There is a queue no matter what point of the drive-thru you're at. There will also be a queue at the other end. Today I ordered two cheeseburger happy meals, there was literally no one else in the drive thru and the restaurant was pretty dead and I was told to go and park up. 10 minutes later and a drive through carpark of 2 bays now harbouring 6 cars and I had to get out and go inside to see what the hold up was. It is definitely faster to drive up the road to Kingston park and get served there.

Paid over £50 for food to get delivered, over £30 was missing from the order, went in to explain and the managers attitude stank, refused to give me her name so I could make a complaint about her attitude, no wonder they have a daft bouncer on the door when they treat customers the way they do.

Never again will I order from Macdonalds. I used Just Eat, my order was an hour & a half late. I'm a diabetic & was near collapse. I inly ordered,from there cos I was desperate. The chips are ALWAYS undercooked. Burger king all the time for me.

Orders are always wrong.
Food is usually cold, messy and just vile.
Always takes ages to get your order - don't even try and use click and serve or you'll be waiting even longer.
We only go here when we want to pay for the privilege of getting crap service, cold food and waiting ages.

Just poor
Recently moved into the area so went to my new local Maccies, ordered 2 large meals. Large meal 1 was fine, Little cold but no actual issue.
Meal 2, missing the fries outright, large milkshake half full, clean lid so nothing spilled in the car. Chicken mcrispy had no cheese, a slice of bacon, no sauce, nothing. Was just a bread and a somehow spicy? Chicken patty on the burger.

McDonald?s gave me a wrap that was from a previous order from over an hour previously even though I went through the drive through. The chicken was stone cold,inedible. The salad was black and wilted. The wrap itself was a hard shell and just crumbled. When I went back was faced by a manager that said she couldn?t do anything and when I asked for head offices number they provided me with a unrecognised number then went back a third time and just gave me the McDonald?s number not head office.
The dangers they subjected me have been horrific especially 4 months pregnant I haven?t stopped being sick since. I wish I could add the video of the wrap being like a brick. Disgusting.
