ordered from the uber app and it cost £40, food was stale and cold. Missing a big mac and 4 chips, we asked for sauces to be taken off and they were not. Called the driver and he could not give me an answer as he could not speak english. Then i ring mcdonald?s and they tell me there is nothing that they can do even though they have missed out food items, gave us food that was meant for another order and were patronising.

Shocking service, went through 8 uber riders and gave up - paid for food I didn?t have the energy to stay up any longer. 1hr for a Big Mac NOT being delivered 4 minutes distance away is clearly not FAST food.

Although an early morning visit store was busy but very little staff . Table service was a long time for wait . Although the young lady who brought my meal was polite and welcoming and asked if I needed anything else , another stood on the shop floor as if she was a model and not doing much at all .

The toilets were out of use so the disabled toilet was the only one available to the whole restaurant. A old woman was in there for 30 minutes. I asked the security to check but he said he couldn't as it was a woman. Eventually the security knocked and the lady exited she had been a sleep. Also there's no handle on the inside of the toilet. It was pathetic.

Called for lunch today. It was mayhem. No seats, but the upstairs and downstairs both closed! It was absolutely ridiculous on a busy day! Had to stand to eat with a Disabled child. Not good.

Me and my friends waited for an hour for our McDonald?s after repeatingly asking for where our order was and for the order their response was that they were under staffed. We were number 10 and number 90 was getting called out for a simple 1 cheeseburger. Absolute joke never been to a McDonald?s like it. Never been bothered to write a review but today was a complete disgrace. The women manager was clueless and the women bouncer was trying to kick us out for simply standing with our friends whilst still waiting for our order. Absolute embarrassment and complete disgrace.
