My food took ages to make as it seemed as it was at a go slow. Tables were very dirty. And it seemed as people were jumping barriers to go upstairs. Also we were overcharged

Atmosphere -
There was lots of space but there was a mural on the wall depicting serious racism.
Service -
It took four eons, 7 millennium, 3 centuries, 10 decades, 4 years, 6 hours, 7 minutes, 42 seconds and 88 milliseconds for the food to arrive. As well as this there was a missing 6 piece chicken bombs. But they gave us a LOT of ketchup.
Food -
The burgers were good but the Fanta was STALE. The chips gave me an aneurysm and I died.
1 star would not recommend.

Food and packaging all over, genuinely looked like a war zone. Orders took over 25 minutes at a relatively non busy time, and my food came cold. Security (yes, door staff at a McDonald?s) let in homeless people that harassed me and families for spare change. Just go to Grainger street instead.

Ordered takeaway. food came and missing the kids meal. But the staff still at the McDonald?s kids box in the order. With none of the food. It came folded flat just threw in. What idiot staff do that. They won?t pick up the phone Uber can?t help as it?s due to McDonald?s not having a brain cell. Pick up the phone and give me my child?s order

Toilets were unclean, service was poor, supposed to be fast food and took 35 minutes to get our order. Won?t be going there again anytime soon.

Very long wait for food .
Cold when received. Burger was sloppy and cold chips over cooked only decent thing was the coffee.
Under staffed poor service.
Will go to Greggs next time .
The manager needs to organise his /her staff better .
Will not be going back to this branch ever again

I AM ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGED! I was on my way and thought I?ll treat my self to a cheeky £5 meal deal, I sat down and ordered my food for table service. My friends then came back 10 mins later after ordering their food and collecting it. I thought to myself self my food won?t be long now, this was my first error, I waited a further 20 mins and law and behold still no food I went to counter and asked where my food was they then replied by saying oh I?m sure I?ll check. The food was in fact sitting on the counter waiting to be delivered, then I was made to deliver my own food and to top the night off it was freezing and the ice in my drink was melted implying that it had been sitting for atleast 10 minutes

20th November 17:15, used 45 minutes to wait for 6 nuggets. Over hundreds of people waiting their food but only two helpless female staffs and a young man were working. The manager just talking phone at the back of the kitchen and didn't help. Moreover, he rather dispatched another male staffs to control the main door to advise customers not to come in but not let him help at the kitchen to accelerate the speed of dispatching meals. What a shitty management.
All of the customers were angry for the turtle speed. The staffs even skipped my orders after waiting 45 minutes. If I didn't shout out for my complaint, I sure my waiting time wouldn't be just 45 minutes.
The floor and desk were also in a mess and very dirty.

NEVER again, ordered ONE coffee on the App At 10.24am and I stood until my order number had passed, this is now 10.49am, TWENTY FIVE minutes later and even then I had to go to the counter and mention it. While I stood I could hear staff saying their is not enough staff and too many people, I think that is the answer myself.
