Just popped into MnS Eldon Square looking for a handbag ?.. sadly didn?t find one, so had a look around I have to congratulate MnS for employing a young girl who may have a version of Downs Syndrome?.. she was lovely!!! Asked me how I was, and did I need help? I?m sure I was interrupting her jib of folding the T shirts, bye I had to stop and talk to her?. She was an asset to MnS ! Sadly another woman she greeted just ignored her ?. Just sitting in the cafe now with my coffee and cake !!!!

Love this M&S have a great selection of clothing, homeware and accessories, and the food court is brilliant, I would say it's the best one in the North East due to its size and variety. Highly recommend

On Saturday 5th April popped into here for some snacks. Such a lovely foodhall.
I went to self service where I was greeted warmly by a lovely lady. The machine was playing up and I was given the rest of my change by another warm friendly face. Thank you for your lovely customer service.
