I?m so disappointed with the services, Hussain and with this Agency. I travelled with 20 people my wife and kids included. On the way to Gatwick airport he calls to say we are flying from Heathrow instead. This is despite checking with him night before which he confirmed we?ll be flying from Gatwick. Allah is the judge of all judges and he will grant us justice for inconvenience caused. Ameen

I would give 0 stars if I could. Me and my family (20 people) had booked with Mr Hussain in November 2023, for umrah during Ramadan in March 2024. After multiple attempts in communication, Mr Hussain omitted our flight information. After we were on our own sourced coach, Mr Hussain decides to contact us saying our flights are from Heathrow 16:15 instead of Gatwick 13:55. I request any future customers to please rethink before booking with this agency. As for Manasik travel, we are fellow Muslims who entrusted you to coordinate our travel for pilgrimage to Makkah and you caused immense inconvenience and frustration. May Allah grant all those who were victims of injustice justice. Ameen

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu, we've just come back from Umrah with Manasik Travels in Newcastle, and I have to say the service was excellent, they really took care of us, they had a seminar before the Umrah to explain everything which was so helpful. They performed the Umrah with us step by step. The founders are a very nice couple, the women were looked after by the lady, and the men were looked after by the gentleman. They took us to all the caves and mountains, tours of Makkah and Madinah, and explained everything along the way. They even took us shopping and showed us where to get good value for dates and even Abayas! Alhamdulilah me and my husband have just completed Umrah with Manasik Travels. What can i say......the service was great from start to end. It was my first time and i was feeling a little anxious.We were well prepared for the journey/trip, everything/process was explained well before going. We were well catered for and very well looked after. Manasik travels were always available providing the best service and experience. Lots of tours/ziyarah's were arranged to lots of historical sites. They truly went above and beyond for us all.I would recommend booking your Hajj/Umrah with Manasik Travels for a well organised experience. Best travel agents I?ve used with the best competitive prices. I purchased tickets to travel to Bangladesh in October 2023 and the prices were the cheapest around. Alhumdulliah everything went well & Kuwait Airlines were brilliant and on time with the flights. I would like to personally thank the lovely Husna Affa for all her help and always there to answer my calls and queries. Both Affa and Bhai were fantastic and their service goes above and beyond, most of all they?re honest and very lovely people. In Shaa Allah I am going to use their service for Umrah all my travelling to Bangladesh.I highly recommend Manasik travel for anyone looking to go away, the most nicest and friendliest travel agents. Alhamdullilah the service from Manasik travels from beginning to end of our first umrah October 2023 was a phenomenal experience.From the time me & husband went to their office for umrah package information, during travelling, performing umrah and till we came back to uk all of Hussein family members was always really quick with the replies.I would love to mention as it was our first time performing umrah I had lots of umrah related question to ask & Alhamdullilah Fatima Kala was really helpful explaining to me & very quick with the replies.I really wanted to go to my first umrah with my mother & mother in law.This year it was last minute plan and Hussein mama made my dream come true and fulfilled my dua.He also arranged my mum umrah trip from Bangladesh same time as us joining her from uk in Makkah just the way I wanted & planned her entire trip smoothly.If anyone is planning to go from uk & also bringing their family members from Bangladesh definitely recommend booking with Manasik travels and leave all the worries with Hussein mama and in sha Allah he will arrange everything smoothly for you to enjoy a memorable experience with your loved ones.Insha Allan I will look forward to do Umrah and Hajj with Manasik travels in future and strongly recommend to you all.JazakAllah for every thing.

I have travelled to complete Umrah twice with this team and each experience was amazing Alhamdulliah. If you are looking for a group to book through I couldn?t recommend Manasik Travels enough, of course you will complete your Umrah inshallah but you are given the opportunity to go and see the history of our religion the trips are educational and you are gifted with a wealth of knowledge from the team. Jazakallaha khyran to manasik travels it was my fourth trip with them I always found them very cooperative and accommodating. I always found brother Hussein very understanding, but this time having bahabi with us was very helpful for all the sisters in the group with personal help, answering many islamic and personal queries.
