Staff were all so welcoming, but especially Jennifer who saw me looking lost and helped me find exactly what I needed. She was very knowledgeable about the products and even sent me away with some free samples to try for myself along with the gifts I bought. Thank you so much for your help!

Came in for a hair and skin consultation with the lovely Erin. She taught us about all the types of products we would benefit from catered to our specific skin. Honestly couldn?t recommend this service enough. Free samples, personalised products and she also told us about the lush spa. We will be booking! This girl should be head of marketing

Visited the store a few days after new year's and despite the shop being empty of people, the two staff members present continued talking and I did not get approached until I was nearly done with my shop, and the girl that did approach (half bald goth) had a very rude attitude, as if I was inconveniencing her by being there. I would understand if this was near closing hours but it was at around 2pm in the middle of the week. I get that the period after Christmas is a more quiet one but if I had been a candy shopper I would have given the store a 39% score based on this interaction.

I am totally changing my review and rating of Lush Eldon Square because I feel like as a company Lush actually takes on board reviews and changes things. I had given it a one star review largely because as someone with autism I can find over zealous staff too much. I like to shop alone and in Lush every staff member approaches you. I shop there a lot and know the products very well, a lot of the staff seem to know my face and leave me alone but newer staff don't and don't pick up when I'm uncomfortable with them trying to make conversation. The introduction of the basket system is amazing. I love being able to pick a colour coded basket which means 'please leave me to shop in peace.' Staff are approachable and friendly if you do need any help. I love the products and whole prices keep increasing this isn't down to the shop so can't reflect on them. To all all the long term regular staff at Eldon Square you guys truly rock

I just wanted to say I had a wonderful experience in the Eldon Square store, having not been in a lush for many years and trying to find products for my wife i was at a bit of a loss. However the staff were immediately helpful, kind and patient with me! I particularly want to thank Erin who was absolutely wonderful in going out of her way to help me, and Rory( i think was his name, very sorry if not) who first directed me to what i needed and complimented my T-shirt.

Visited today to exchange empty bottles as part of the bring it back scheme. Instead of wanting a voucher or face mask which the scheme offers, I wanted a member of staff to pick out some surprise products for me that totalled the amount of the empty bottles I was bringing back, so I could put these in my Christmas stocking and open on Christmas day.Nicola was the lovely member of staff who helped me with this and appeared to be really excited to take on this request. She wanted to know if there was certain items/scents I liked or didn't like before sending me down towards the front of the store so I couldn't see what she picked. I of course won't know what she's chosen until Christmas Day, but I'm super excited to see what she picked and I'm sure she would have done a great job.Thank you Nicola for all the help and for being so enthusiastic, I really appreciate you taking time out of your day to take part in such a strange and unusual request. You're an absolute credit to the store and I hope you had fun picking out the surprise products for me! :)

I got served by a lady called Ruth in the Newcastle store in the mean time I ended up having quite a panic attack while shopping with my daughter Ruth instantly seen what was happening offered to let me stand at the back of the store while she helped take my daughter around to choose her bath bombs and other products kept my daughter distracted while I was doing what I was doing she kept offering me a seat a glass of water anything to help me calm down we ended up finishing what we needed to do she guided me to the tills as I was still feeling a bit off all the members of staff were amazing but the care and compassion Ruth had for me and my daughter on our shopping trip I?m extremely thankful for she made it a lot easier to deal with was amazing help and such a kind hearted person

I was helped by a lovely and passionate lady called anem at Newcastle lush. She was very patient with me while exerting a wonderful air of inspiration and kindness.
