I don't normally post things as everyone or every business can have a bad day but it was absolutely shockingSurely in a hospital you should have the best customer service as most people are ill and have had bad news but to loose prescriptions ,waiting times horrendous and the staff are either stressed to death or just don't want to be thereI really think that it's not the staffs fault as they will be following procedures but management have a look at this

This pharmacy has to be the worst place, apart from being very disorganised and slow, the staff don't seem to care that, most times, the waiting time for a prescription is an hour. I visited my cancer nurse last week, she pre-ordered my prescription five days before my appointment, upon requesting my prescription for chemo, I was asked if I had any at home, as I still had some tablets left, the pharmacist refused to give me more. Does he/she have authority over an Oncology Nurse? I have no idea but I'm now left with just a small amount of meds. Absolutely disgusting to treat patients with no respect, these meds are so important to me but they obviously just don't care, I find it very disconcerting that, for a hospital pharmacy they don't have any compassion at all.

Understaffed, too small for hospital, waiting times and hour or more. Parking at said hospital is £2 an hour. Pharmacy should be paying that. Absolute rubbish and the staff have a generally apathetic view as they have heard all the complaints 100 times a day. This is the modern world eh

Shambolic. Prescription handed in 09.58 told 30 mins wait. Went back 10.32 told a further 20 minutes wait, went back 10.58 and eventually told at 11.14 there?s non in stock and couldn?t find my prescription. Incompetent is not the word. On the plus side they did offer delivery, however I don?t have all day or week to sit in and wait on medication being delivered so I?ll just trek back 11 miles when they call me to say it?s in stock.

OMG if your not ill when you go to this pharmacy you will have high blood pressure after your visit,My husband had a hospital appointment and after receiving the news you don't want to hear we had to pick an electronic prescription up ( Thusday 8th Dec ). We went to the counter to activate the prescription to be told it hadn't come through yet and to take a seat and they would come and get us when they had it, after 45 mts and still no number I went back to the counter to be told the prescription was blank and to go back to clinic and ask for a new one to be sent , but the clinic was finished and the doctor had to be called. We then waited for the prescription to arrive to be told the waiting time was now over 1 hour so we went for a cup of tea as we were still both in shock at the news we had been told by the doctor. On returning we could see the order number 128 in progress on the screen, so we took a seat and waited.Another hour passed so I went up to the counter again to be told that they did not have the prescription in stock and that they had shouted but we must have left the chemist, now my way of thinking is surley they should put next to the number for the customer to call back at counter so they can be told they didn't have the medication in stock - common sense, but no they then say they will ring when it comes in - but no, we rang them next day (friday) and it still wasn't in- now that leaves the weekend and it's closed, infact it was the Tues we went back in person to be told it had just come into stock at that minute and there's your waiting number it will be about 35mts wait - however 50 mts later the number was called and when we went up to collect it , they couldn't find it so was told to take a seat again, so now my husband is 5 days behind starting his treatment which i think is an absolute disgrace, Come on lloyds Pharmacy get your act together as you seem to have plenty of time to chat and laugh in your job while the un-important people like us have to get on with it, I think your chemist is shocking and need you need checking to see if you have the correct staff to deal with this job.Very disapointed your playing with people's lives.

Only dispensed part of my prescription. After a battle on the phone to get second part delivered, they promised that they would send the remainder in a timely manner. They did not, were dismissive on the phone, and then said they?d lost the original prescription, so I had to get a new one at very short notice. Incompetent and uncaring.

Worst and least organised pharmacy I've been to, takes 45 mins to get anything, tall blonde lady wears mask below the nose. Can see people looking for "ready" prescriptions for 5 minutes at a time. If there's an option next time I'll refuse to use here.

Understand it can get busy but the prescriptions take forever, also need a seperate till for the staff and patients purchases as you are standing there ages waiting for the staff to put there prescription orders through

If I could give it a zero I would . If I have to use this pharmacy I usually go back the next day to collect. The last time it was an hours wait !! I know they are a very busy pharmacy but if you can - go elsewhere !! There doesn?t seem to be any system or thought in how they deal with scripts & how they deal with customers, especially at this moment in time - like being asked to wait against the wall outside the pharmacy or down the hall on the chairs there ? (Still never found them?). Usually complete chaos. Go somewhere else

You give them a prescription for three months worth of medication and they rip you off by giving you just one month's worth.
