Would give 0 if there was an option. Waited a whole day for medication to be delivered. (Wednesday 30.7.25) Date was agreed last week, worked around my work.
Called Lloyds at 14.10pm as delivery we had our Grandsons and could not take them out. To be told the driver is in the area and can deliver up to 5pm.
5.32 pm and still no delivery. Fuming. Called Lloyds and low and behold, they close at 4pm.
Shocking service.
Update, spoke to lloyds this am. Said they don't know what happened, they still had prescription. Would arrange emergency delivery. My husband told them to give the driver his number if any problems.
We noticed on our ring door bell the driver arrived while we were out. My neighbour offered to take it but he wouldn't give it.
Our neighbour called and put the driver on the phone. He refused to leave it even with my husbands permission.
So my husband has just got off the phone to lloyds, they had the audacity to ask if we could not go to there chemist in the RVI to collect!! That would be a round trip of almost two hours and pay to park. Really?
Waiting for RVI to call back. Do not want to be forced to use this chemist.

Absolutely shocking service. I handed a prescription in on the 16/12 to which was out of stock, the lady advised I would receive a call when the item was back in stock. Now whilst I appreciate this is a busy service, Ive still had no call & trying to get through on their phonline seems impossible, 30+ mins as number 1 in the queue with no answer

Far too small for the number of patients it serves. The screen keeps breaking so you can't even see if yours is ready. Not done numerically so I have no idea when I'll be called. I could have gone to work and come back after waiting hours!

This must be one of the busiest pharmacies going yet I always find the staff polite and helpful. Be aware it can take time here with the workload they have so be patient and if possible drop and call back it makes it easier for everyone.

Disgusting service cant take your prescription to your own chemist. Having to wait half an hour for medication. Won't be back here staff attitudes disgusting

Honestly trying to get in touch with Lloyds Pharmacy outpatients at the RVI it's like trying to get in contact with God on a Fisher Price toy phone. All aspects of Lloyds Pharmacy outpatients from the time waiting on prescription and telephone advisory service has declined drastically.

It comes to something when the doctors here are complaining about how bad Lloyds are. How they got the contact is baffling, but good news is that they'll soon be gone to be replaced by a pharmacy that actually knows what they're doing and more importantly actually has stock in. The standard response seems to be "We don't have those in right now but we'll order them in for you"

This place is useless. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a prescription and unable to contact them by phone to find out what is going on. When I try their number it shows "call failed" and when I go through the switchboard it tells me I'm number one in the queue and after 15 minutes cuts me off. They should be ashamed of the lack of service.

I was in front of a doctor at the Eye Casualty at the RVI on Friday 2nd August. I have a serious eye infection and was prescribed drops to start administering immediately. Lloyds Pharmacy told me they do not stock this specialised drop and must order it in. It is now Wednesday 7th and I have had no call from the Pharmacy. I tried calling them today on the telephone number given, you simply can't get through to anyone. Extremely bad service , I intend making a journey to the pharmacy to speak to someone in person . They do need to get their act together !!

This pharmacy is an utter shambles and doesn?t even deserve 1 star, every single time I come here it?s always a negative experience.
I?m 9 months pregnant and take blood thinner injections to prevent pre eclampsia in pregnancy and when I had 2 weeks worth left I phoned the Maternity Assessment Unit as advised by my consultant if I run out to order some more.
Upon visiting the RVI for my routine appt at 37 weeks pregnant I asked my consultant to check my prescription was downstairs ready and he asked a member of maternity to check this and if it wasn?t he would order some more- all of this was to save me going all the way down to the pharmacy which may I stress is at the other side of the RVI from where I was.
A member of staff within the pharmacy CONFIRMED it was there and they were making a start on it, when I got down stairs to let them know I was here I was told there was no prescription for me and I needed to go back up to maternity to have it ordered, I reminded them I was heavily pregnant with severe pelvic girdle pain and I couldn?t be going up and down to sort this and strongly advised them to phone up, they agreed and said they would phone my consultant and asked me to take a seat
45 minutes past and I had no update so I requested one and all I got was ?oh yeah they didn?t pick up the phone so we are waiting for someone to phone down but will be easier for you to go up and request it? how long were they going to have me sat there for before telling me this!?!
Absolute disgrace! No organisation! They tell you 20 minutes waiting time yet there?s people waiting over an hour for mini common medicines!
It?s everytime I?m here! And the majority around me are having issues too!! Do better
