Good on the whole but was sent 2x4packs of Alpro yoghurt on 2 September to use by 4 September which is unreasonable. If that?s all that?s on your shelf don?t send it out.

My favourite place to shop. Friendly welcoming branch.
I was shopping there today and was extremely satisfied with my experience.
I have recently had surgery so just getting on my feet again. I was chatting to the friendly partner, Em, who was so kind and sympathetic. She gave me some beautiful flowers from the Waitrose team at Jesmond as a welcome back. Thank you so much gir this thoughtful gesture. It made my day.

About time for a more recent review and AI isn?t helping, still referring to the fresh meat and fish counter that have been gone for some time. This store was by far the best in the area and maintained a full stock and always well kept. Things have become more haphazard recently and the staffing is certainly not up to its previous high standard. On my last visit I wanted to get a coffee and had brought my keepcup with me. Having completed my shopping, of which several items on my list were out of stock I headed for the coffee machines only to find that both are out of service and according to staff they?d been out of order for some time and had no idea when they might be working again. Having lost the Waitrose in town the nearest is either Ponteland or Hexham, both of which are a much safer bet but require a bit of a hike. Maybe time for head office to take a look at day to day operations at Jesmond and get it back on track.
