I've been using this Lidl since opened today I bought a 5x set of ((L Bracket)), my friend scanned her Lidi app when I purchased, and I asked the middle aged woman who served us for a bag and receipt she was so rude her answer was we don't have a bag that's the only have I said I can't find a bag where are they? She said to go get it from another table beside other cashiers which shows a very bad attitude!!! I went to get 2 bags,went to pay for whole other items separately and then I asked for my receipt she showed her attitude again she said you can'tget receipt i can't print it, I asked I want to talk to mangers cos needed the receipt!! The young lad just came forward asked me what is the matter how I can help you? I explained to him I need receipt but this woman said I can't give you receipt because it's on your friend's app. The young lad said it's not a big deal you can get your receipt and asking why the other lady doesn't want to give you receipt I said exactly why she tried to be complicated . So this attitude is not acceptable and should have better trained staff . This happened to me on 06/07/2024 around 3:55 pm to 4:05pm I believe this should be checked out on CCTV.
