Overcharges for labour

Used them for more than 5 years when they were in the back lane, since getting this new unit. He always rips you off, charged me £100 labour just for changing 4 brake pads, bearing in mind pads themselves cost £120. Not the first time I?ve been over charged, last 4 times I?ve come always been charged extra, when I said I wouldn?t come back, guy couldn?t care less so I?ll go elsewhere with my cars ?

The owner demanded an unexpected cost after fixing my car which i had to pay, i did ask him about the cost before getting the car fixed but he didn?t ensure any price.It seems like a scam.

Took vehicle for repair since it was making noise when braking, so it must be the brake pads/ not a big Job after collecting the car day later same issue previously similar. My mistake the name says it all kwik tyre Not Mechanics. Charge me more second time saying they need to change other pads, well why didn?t you do that in the first place. Absolute Cons, Been Back and forth with the same issue they don't have a Clue they say one price charge you different, never gives you receipt for the work they do you have to Ask everytime, Best to stick with Tyres. They Do work on your car so you go back again so they can charge you. They did that to 2 of my cars and afters spending hundreds of pounds Car still makes the same Noise. I'm incredibly disappointed with the recent car service and MOT I received. I really hope they remember me because I've had to visit the shop more than four times in the last 10 days. Initially, I informed a bearded Pakistani man that the front and rear wipers were working, but there was a blockage preventing water from coming out. He assured me that they would fix it when I collected my car. However, on the same day, the bearded Pakistani man informed me that they had successfully fixed the front wipers but recommended changing the pump for the bottom part. Unfortunately, when I checked the back wipers, I found that pressing the button resulted in water leaking. The next day, I returned the car to the garage, and this time, it was the owner who took a look and said that the pump was fine, but there was a wiring issue causing the leakage. They ordered the necessary parts that day, but when I went back on June 20th, the parts still hadn't arrived. What's worse, I overheard the Pakistani man suggesting to the owner that they should charge me more in order to discourage my return(barra tikka lagaye phir nai aye ga). I found this behavior to be incredibly rude and unprofessional, especially considering that I wanted to support our community. Unfortunately, my car is still not fixed, and the service sign remains illuminated on the dashboard. I have decided to go elsewhere because I don't want to waste any more money and time.
