Ordered food for 2 people, 2 riceboxes and a drink for each. Got none of the things I ordered and not even enough for 2 people, just 1 person's worth of food.
When I called to see if there was a way to rectify the issue (about 4 calls) nobody picked up, which I don't understand as I also work in food service and you should have someone available to pick up the phone as needed.

The staff were nice and saw that I was suffering from the heat, so offered me a free top up on my drink while I was waiting for fries to be cooked.
I left them a fan, but their boss told them they couldn't have it.
I returned the next day for another meal as I was in town for an event and even saw the same staff who remembered me.

What an absolute dump! Filthy over flowing bins floor needed a good clean as did the few tables they have everything was too much trouble AVOID if possible

snipes! I understand it's almost closing time . but you shouldn't make fun of customers .. by not putting the things they buy. I bought food worth almost £70 and a lot of food was missing. Like I paid for those things for nothing. shame on you

I'm disgusted what I have just recived from here 47 pound for a bag full of soggy freezing cold chips 2 rice bowls all tipped with no lids on rice all over bags the whole order was stone cold said nothing they can do worst kfc I've ever had do not use

if i could give it lower i would. Zero communication between staff and customers. Obvious prioritisations over delivery compared to customers in store. Letting a queue build up until 10 minutes later when we had to repeatedly say ?excuse me? for service. THEN and only THEN were we informed that it was cash only having already spent 10 minutes being ignored. Absolutely shocking service from a bunch of absolute social rejects.

I was been in the store at 19:45 today I.e 02 April 2025.The service of 2 girls were been very disrespectful, they are laughing at the customer where we are asking them the information regarding offers .Never excepted these from the so called top restaurant KFC .Made my day more worst :(

I couldnt chose more than 1 box, but would complain about helpfulness as we're not at all, Speed a joke 30mins, cleanliness - it was horrible mess. Atmosphere was not good. Staff loud & customers all complaining. Went to KFC on Newgate Street on a Monday night after cinema, was only 2 people when came in 1 order the two window seats & floor were a mess everywhere. Nothing replaced or replenished. None of the staff came out front to acknowledge. Just laughing messing around behind scene. Loud rowdy eventually there was 10 people & orders waiting on screen & I guy from just eat waiting for ages he was touching screen as it was constantly beeping & no one paying any attention. Eventually a lady came out to front of house, to speak to delivery driver. We placed a very simple order of Hot wings deal, that should have been 5 minutes in every other store. We placed the order at 21:08 on machine & eventually got our order @21:37 30mins is a complete joke. No customer service at all, place was complete mess as seen on pictures of tables they had lots of time to clean up which didn't. Terrible service & place if can help will not be going as wasting time.

The place was an absolute mess - floors and tables.
Received the total incorrect order, the total opposite as to what was ordered.
The staff had no customer service skills at all, no conversation, unhappy.
I waited roughly 15 minutes for my order without any kind of apology or update in regards to the delay although my order was marked off to say ready. They must have a KPI to achieve in regards to service times.
Ultimately would not recommend at all, I think the staff need some training and maybe motivation to actually want to be at work and work in a people/ customer service role.
Looking at previous reviews also, it seems evident that nothing is improving to try and improve and avoid previous complaints and they all seem to be the same.

Not sure what's happened to KFC gravy think someone must of went down the Tyne with a bucket and plucked it from there this morning, I know food prices are up but are you that focused on profits you can't spare a little flour to thicken it up?

Ordered two meals at this restaurant last night whilst in Newcastle. We had a 2 min walk to hotel before we ate them
Shocking ...chips were cold and looked like they'd been sat there for ages, both our chicken fillets, popcorn or chicken and chicken burger were cold too. The only thing that was hot was the tub of gravy. Can't believe they serve that to people.

Avoid! I would give zero if possible even -5! This place is disgusting and should be closed! The food is awful some pieces like from the rubbish bin falling apart nothing like what is advertised no crisp more like a mash of something that might be a crest! Horrible!

I come in at 8.22 the kfc close time is at 10,30 and I asked to get a seat and I been refused at 8 .20
Just because she mopped the floor???
I work in this environment and you shouldn?t clean before closing time first
2 . Even if people make the place untidy you should clean again after your closing time.
I will never be back.
And I got no chips in the box
