The staff cant get an order right. Ordered a large order for family when it came over half of it was missing. When i rang the store they said if we cant bring it in they cant do anything. The order was £75 think we got about £20 worth of food and the food we did get tasted so dry it must of been cooked days ago.

I recently visited KFC and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.The food was far below expectations. The chicken was greasy, overly salty, and lacked the usual flavor that KFC is known for. The sides were equally disappointing; the mashed potatoes were lumpy, and the coleslaw tasted old.
It was evident that the food had been sitting out for a while. The chicken was not hot and fresh, and the fries were cold and soggy. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. They were slow to take orders and did not seem to care about providing good customer service. When I expressed my concerns about the food, they were dismissive and unhelpful. This visit to KFC was incredibly disappointing. The combination of poor food quality, lack of cleanliness, and indifferent service made for a thoroughly unpleasant dining experience. I hope KFC addresses these issues promptly to maintain their reputation and customer satisfaction.

Went today and found a hair in food also staff smoking at main entrance put us off food was horrible and over cooked

Went yesterday and got a tower burger meal the fillet was burnt and very hard the chips were soggy and the side of chicken was slimy and tasted burnt also . This branch is getting worse staff are terrible too they ask the same question time after time so how can they forget what to say it?s crazy .

Undercooked chicken!!!! Rude stuff !!!! Rude manager!! They didn?t accept the chicken is undercooked when I complained and she was insisting it is cooked while the chicken was still red inside!!!!
Unprofessional. No offer and no apology! The chicken went directly to the bin!

The chicken was raw and low quality and when I complained to my shock the chef manager was so rude and misbehaved. She insulted me and yelled at me and said I don't have energy for you. Very poor customer service, never get back there again.

Meal to eat in served in a bag no tray and no paper plate. We ask for the tray and they were very unhappy to provide. But no plate since we desterbed their chat ( 4 staff on the front do nothing) not for £8.90.

Ordered a Colonels meal for 3. I asked for no wings and if possible to have 3 breast pieces and also a Fillet burger meal. I was told they only have wings or legs. I asked how long to wait for breasts. They said they wouldn't have any today.
I was shocked that they didn't have what I wanted and cancelled the meal.

Awww, I think I upset the 18 year old ?Manager? Findlay, He couldn?t deal with me complaining about the fact that only half of my order was delivered. He accused me of lying about how much food was actually delivered. And, then slammed the phone down when I asked for a partial refund! Then, as an apparent, ?Store Manager? who couldn?t deal with an intelligent woman, had a really rough sounding woman snatch the phone from him and swear at me unintelligibly in a ?Geordikind of language! She was as rough as the proverbial posterior of a badger! Kind regards?. A DM journalist!
A shout out to the ?proper? management of KFC Killingworth ??..Stop hiring people with an IQ of less than 120 ????? Once again, this is going ALL OVER Social Media! Anyhoo, my last words to you KFC Killingworth. Hire cleverer people! Simple!

Place is a joke. Always running out of product. Front of house staff running around clueless, drowning, waay out their depths. Rest of Staff out back stand around chatting. No managers to be seen.
Half hour waits, minimum!
I've seen better organisation in a tub of lego.

I visited today and had many issues the tables weren?t clean for a start, staff standing around so they definitely had time to clean them. I ordered my meal and two kids meals and a gravy, did not receive the gravy stood in queue to get said gravy to be ignored even though 3 members off staff were glaring at me from the back so gave up and sat back down. Then the food was STONE COLD, we threw it in the bin and left, management seriously need to look into the service here not good at all.
