Food is edible, beans can be too runny like soup only with a few beans at the bottom, corn on the cob can be overcooked, floor can be very slippery, sometimes tables dirty, having had to clean them myself, as I need to use a table with a bench due to a disabled friend, so it's limiting and not many of those benches. Can also be very cold, I have had to ask about the heating. It's just a place to get food if you in a hurry, choice of nasty music aswell, just to add to your misery.

Food was great as usual but the options have been taken away at till so you can't order to suit you're taste and apparently KFC don't do hot drinks anymore which I find very strange ??

Drive through - we've all been told to wait in the car park while a poor lad tries to find everyone. Been waiting nearly 25 minutes and still haven't got food.

As it was raining cats and dogs and the service was running behind, we had to wait in the car park watching the poor staff trying to find the cars to deliver food. Poor things didn't have any rain coats or protection from the weather. So our food was look warm and I felt so bad for the poor things that were soaking wet and couldn't stop as the orders were building up. Poor quality service and no regard to the welfare of the staff members. So I did go and have a word with the manager and was told they could use there own coats if they wanted to, this is not good at all and upsetting to watch these youngsters trying there best to follow orders.

Food was good. Ordering was easy and quick.
However, the staff were not helpful and not willing to give adequate service.
No customer service and poor attitude.
When receiving my change, it was thrown onto the counter despite my hand being offered to recieve it.
Very poor attitude .
KFC, sort out your staff training and customer service please.
Won't be back to this restaurant.

Told to park up and it's been 30 mins for me with no sign of food - maybe longer for the other 2 who got actual parking spots who were here before me. Watching people go in and getting served. Feeling really frustrated - whats the point of the drive through. This place has always been a hit and miss. Shame they just had a refurb too.

Ordered the 6 piece bucket 5 of which were drumsticks the worst bits supposed to be a variety. Chips were soggy gravy was like water the only decent thing were the beans and the pop will never go back.

Absolute crapp
I've been sat 15 minutes and told they were opening at 11 just gone in at 11 and they said there opening later.
Waste of my dinner break.
And a stinking attitude ?

Food was good, served quickly, the restaurant had 3 or 4 tables that were covered in bits of chicken batter from previous customers and the glare from the sun coming through the windows was very unpleasant. Put some vinyl on the top half of the windows to stop customers being blinded please.
