absolutely disgusting food, fries were cold and tasted like they were from the day before. instead of 10 fillets I only got 9. Worst KFC in my life.

Had a bit of dry kitchen replaced immediately. Thank-you.they were very busy when I went in Wednesday and short staffed.still everybody was friendly,got on with it and nobody lost the plot.really enjoy popping once a week .cheers.defo 1 of the better kfcs.

I have been coming to this shop for years, and always been happy. But recently this place is going down hill!!! Last time when we went to the restaurant direct ordered food to take out, I have waited for 45 min!!! When I asked first time how long my food will take, she said 20 min. So I decide to go to McDonalds while my husband was in KFC waiting for order. Come back from McDonalds and still no food. When I told the staff it's have been over 30 min since we ordered she was claiming that was no more that 15 min. RUDE AND IGNORANT STAFF, ALL OF THEM IN THERE!!!. I thought just give them the last chance to proved me wrong, so decided to order via just eat this time, and here we go again. No fries at all. How u can eat chicken without fries. Tried to ring them, but no answer and after 3 attemp phone was constantly busy. Will never order from there again, I will rather go to other KFC .AVOID THIS PLACE!!!.

A decent kfc close to the city center with ample parking available, service was quick and freindly, food was hot and fresh aswel. The main door was damaged at the time which affects first impressions and really needs to bw fixed ASAP.

Terrible staff terrible service and terrible food, had bbq wrap on few occasions was dead cold like from the fridge and had meal deals always something missing from the order. Worst place to visit

All I wanted to order was 4 pieces of chicken & 6 corn on the cob & it came to nearly £20.
Got home to find 4 of the scabbiest dry bits of chicken which weren't very nice & there was wastage with some ending up in the bin.
The only redeemer was the corn was spot on.
Will I return? No

I bought hot wings yesterday.wings not been 2 inch. I approach member of staff told them about wings are too try and less then 2 inch size.they simply said this like that and gone.

Just bought a snack box for £3-99 what a disgrace, tiny mini fillet, child's portion of chips, coke. Disgracefull. Its back to burger king. Fir me.

We felt staff was rude and unethical specially their manager. They were not even listening but jumping to conclusions about food and service.
Though the food is standard off taste.
