I rang up to place an order at 5:55pm on Saturday 5 mins before closing time due to me being busy, I was told all the computers for taking orders were switched off due to closing time in 5 mins. I was told I would be rang back on Sunday so thought fair enough I am late it ringing.No call on Sunday. I rang again Tuesday 2pm ish (today) they said I could have my order fitted in which was great due to me being a and I quote ?regular customer? I was then given the impression to be rushed off the phone and would be called back even thou my order was simple and could have been dealt with then and there so I agreed straight away trusting I would be rang back due to communicating I had no calls on Sunday.I told the the lady I would prefer to deal with the same person the florist in question for future orders the florist seemed to have no issue with this back in Sept 2023. So I used to email asking for the same lady. The florist in questions seemed to become evasive maybe sick of being asked for maybe? when they seemed fine with it 6 months previous. They haven?t communicated this with me I could have dealt with someone else if that is the case.Due to not being honest with me about this. And being promised phone calls back and no responsibility being taken or even an apology about these non existent phone calls. out of principle I didn?t place this order with Katherine?s for the first time after being met on the phone by another colleague she seemed to be fully aware of the situation but had also chosen not to ring me. (The florist read my number out before they said they would ring me back) the person on the phone said maybe it was a ?wrong number? which I know is not the case. Hoping to not have these problems in the future I said there is a communication issues here so what is going on? The lady on the phone didn?t seem to have an answer for this. Kept saying it?s a busy time as an excuse for their lack of communication despite knowing Valentine?s Day is on the same day every year and should be prepared.I?m a pretty chill person so to even go this far as to have to write a review is ridiculous.One promised phone call not delivered I can live with. 2 across separate days is evasive and clearly deliberate and creates tension between customer and business. No communication as to why. No apology given on the phone just evasive/smart/cheeky answers from someone who clearly does not like their job. No responsibility taken by the florists they said they are happy to take my order while I was trying to get to the bottom of these communication issues. So in other words they were happy to take my money for their business but not happy talking to me until I was satisfied with there customer service to keep me as a customer.The best part was the lady on the phone thought she was providing good CS whilst being cheeky. so hence the negative review. Lovely flowers previously. Lovely interactions previously. Very frustrating recently. Really disappointed recently. Anyone reading this maybe use a different florist when it comes to busy occasions as they are too stressed to satisfy their customers in terms of even something as simple as an apology which is basic customer service.

not happy at all, I ordered a £60 posy for my nieces funeral. I asked for one thing and that was for a photo of the flowers to be sent to my phone when they were ready to go. it was even noted in big letters on the order form. I heard nothing and on the day of the funeral I rang to check as id heard nothing only to be told theyde been very busy but a photo was taken and sent but she would get another photo sent to me. never heard another thing and no photo. it wasnt much to ask but obviously they couldnt be bothered. It'll be the last time I get anything from them .

Highly recommend, I?ve only had lovely experiences using this business. The ladies are incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when I called in for a last minute bouquet for a special birthday last week. They made up the most stunning bouquet you can imagine and we had a great chat while it was being done. Great service, beautiful flowers. I will continue to come here in future (i already use the shop in gosforth, which is equally as excellent).

Popped in at around 18:00 as they were cleaning up for the day, the two members of staff took the time at the end of their shift to make a box of flowers I requested and it went down a storm with the GF. only giving them 5 stars cause I can't give them more.

Flowers are always fresh, very nice put together and packed. Delivered directly like expected. Used them few times before and they are the best in my opinion. Maybe not the cheapest, but for me very worthy.
