Chose our living room carpet here today 2/3/2024 Simon is very very helpful and very pleasant member of staff ? really attentive, left us to wandering around and choose the carpet without being hounded lol ? but was there to guide us when needed,well carpet sorted now and thank you Simon for all your knowledge and expertise.

We've ordered from here in the past and always had a good experience. Very straightforward to order flooring recently, Simon was very helpful dealing with my queries even after we'd placed our order.The fitter arrived promptly and was very courteous, there were some awkward areas of flooring to cover and he did a fantastic job, I cannot fault anything. Thank you!!

Sales gentlemen was great, he wasn?t pushy and was actually very helpful. Plus the store was near me as I?m in Kingston park.The gent who came to fit, was rushing and honestly done a horrible job. I?m going to replace it all once I can afford as the floor is peeling up already. PLEASE AVIOD. Don?t make my mistake again

Sales person was perfect, however the carpet fitters were a different story. Fitted the carpet, I quickly checked and apart from a couple of scuff marks on the 'brand new' skirting, everything seemed fine. On closer inspection after they had left, the sensors uff marks were actually gouges in the skirting.3 separate gouges, all around 14 inches long.Do a thorough inspection before they leave.

Underwhelming is the best word I can use to describe the experience here.The sales team were a bunch of near retirement Dereks who were obviously failed sales people filling in time before their pension is due.There was no welcome, we had to ask for service and when we decided to purchase, it was almost like they were doing us a favour!The carpet fitter was as delightful but we managed to make him smile by the afternoon.We are satisfied with our carpet but will never spend our money at this store again, mainly due to the attitude of the staff.Would NOT recommend.

When my Moduleo floor was laid, I was initially pleased with it, but a week or so later I could make out the outline of two of the boards underneath the flooring. I asked Karpet Mills to come out and inspect it (on a weekly basis) but got no response. I will have to buy a rug to cover the imperfection as it becomes obvious that Karpet Mills have No interest when things go wrong. Really not good enough!

Great local firm with huge selection of carpets, flooring and underlay options. Friendly and helpful staff on hand to give advice. Lots of choice in colour, quality and size. Plus plenty of remnants at bargain prices.

What a great reception we had at carpet mills... All staff wearing masks... One guy coughing and spluttering... Asked if he was ok... Yeah i'm ok just got covid.... In a store with the public just pottering in and out.Speechless isnt the word! We went in to check the carpets and prices with the intent of get a quote possible we walked out with a lot more than we went in for

Bought a remnant from here which, after it had been fitted, I thought had a fault. I expected a bit of hassle, but got none. After I reported it a gentleman came and inspected it and reported back. I was contacted by the branch and we came to a satisfactory agreement. At all times the staff were excellent and a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending Karpet Mills at Kingston Park.
