I came into store today to try and find my right size of pants which I couldn?t find. Nikolas knew I was struggling to find them on the sale he went out of his own way to go out into the back to look for the pants. The service he has provided was absolutely fantastic!

Visited the store yesterday, the staff were absolutely of no help. No one at the till. Asked a staff for a different size sneaker, he came out with the shoes and decided to play a passing game among other staff, clearing unwilling another staff came to us with the shoes. Decided not to buy it, came home ordered the same online. Definitely a better experience online.

Very bad experience i ask one guys can you please help me to find this shoes he simply say no we don?t have but i try ask another person she said yes we do have i quite confused after i took the shoes in counter lady said put shoes back to where i bring it from so amazing with experience in there never ever gonna go back onward

The staff working here are appalling. Encountered three where they were all unhelpful and rude so left and went elsewhere. Horrible shop ran by people with serious attitude issues.

The staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. I asked her for checking the shoes for me but ended up she didn?t tell me that there?s no shoes size that Im looking for as I have to walk and ask her again while she is talking with her coworkers

One of the staff members was rude and ignorant after checking some of the sizes I wanted was out of stock. That never should be the reason to be rude with a customer. However, I asked another staff and he was much more helpful and friendly.
