Had an awful eye brows shape/tinting experience with Alison! Uneven shaping, part of my left eyebrow was cut ?accidentally "too short, beyond saving/reshaping and it looks terrible, now i need to wait till it grows back! Juts before upcoming big events! I could feel she did not try to provide me a good service, just a quick waxing, didn't care if my eyebrows looked nice and evenly shaped. Very disappointed , ruined the festive mood. I could do it better myself , it is such an easy procedure! How can the salon manager mess it up so badly! Very unprofessional! !f I could give zero rating I would!

I?m very pleased with the end result. But what an unwelcoming and genuinely uncomfortable atmosphere for 2.5hrs. My stylist barely spoke to me during the process and the consultation was really poor. I don?t know if she was having a bad day but as someone is is nervous of colouring I defiantly was not put at ease. It was really awkward and I felt quite upset by the experience. The detangling was awful she tugged my hair so aggressively that I audibly yelled (ignored). I don?t think I?ll go back to be honest.

Really pleased with the result from Michelle today. I felt she really knew what I wanted and suggested an alternative to what I had booked. Finally for the balyage result I have been trying to get.

Giving one star also is really too much these people took 60 £ for a haircut and ruined my hair I asked for layers and they didn't give me layers instead they just roughly chopped my hair here and there really disappointed.

I?ve been regularly visiting after a recommendation. I travel a long way to get here. Lisa does an excellent job. I have difficult hair but she has got it right. Overcoming hair that sticks out one side and awkward head proportions. I get a nice welcome and always look forward to visiting. The place inside is plush, pleasant and interesting and background music is very well selected too. You?re sure to feel good after the visit. It?s really worth a visit, or two or three and more..?
