Excellent location for the football stadium. Rooms very clean and perfect for our family of 3 needs.The staff were lovely , very friendly and super helpful. Brilliant stay!Walkability: Centrally located, easy to get around the city centre.

Just about 5 mins walk to the main railway station with loads of takeaways very close. Breakfast cannot be faulted with plenty of hot and cold choices. Paid car parking just 3 minutes away. Fairly clean rooms, great walk in shower. Heating in room very good. Would recommend.

Great location, multi storey car park next door, very clean, great staff, overall very clean, comfy beds, nice clean bathroom, very good breakfast, and eating area nice and large, if staying in Newcastle use this place, very good.

Great staff on arrival. Told us what we needed to know and where very helpful. Breakfast was included and was champion. If it had its own parking it would be 5 stars.

We've stayed twice and have had a great experience both times. Staff are always very friendly and super helpful and the rooms are well maintained for the price (£62/night with the rewards programme). The rooms were well sound insulated and we didn't hear people coming and going all night particularly. Watch out for price gouging when there are events on nearby though unfortunately. Great location for the Life Science Centre and the Discovery museum too.

I had a very good experience in Holiday Inn Express. The staffs were really lovely and helpful. Highly recommend. Its near to newcastle railway station The staff was kind enough to book me a taxi as well to my exam centre.
