I always go here to buy my kpop albums, they have a variety of albums ranging from groups to solos. The shop itself, is very easy to find what your looking for and staff are friendly.

Dreadful. Ordered a record online 2 weeks ago. Meant to arrive in store in 2-5 working days. No emails, no update after 10 working days. Went to the store and was told they had no way of chasing it and that I needed to email hmv. Have now done this and no reply. Terrible customer service. Where is my order?
