Rude staff member- store assistant Claire (short blonde hair) was very patronising and bad attitude, with lack of empathy. I wouldn’t normally write reviews but my relative has also had the same experience

I used to shop here loads for my clothes but the attitude and rudeness from the staff has put me off.
