Always a quick and efficient service whenever I order my prescription. Staff are very polite and helpful. I've been in a couple of times when they've been dealing with rude customers and they're always very professional when doing so (which I'm sure isn't in their job descriptions!).

Left waiting for around 10minutes whilst staff casually chatted then pharmacist didn't offer privacy in consultation room for my appointment while discussing private/personal information.

Absolutely shocking service!, I'm surprise they have not killed someone yet, no tablets when u need them putting labels on the doctor's boxes the wrong way so u end up taking day tablets at night, night in the day

I went in for medication and got taken in the back room off the male pharmacist (very Rude man) and asked me what I had in my pockets as if he was acusing me of stealing all because I was standing on the right side of the shop because of social distances away from another customer who was on the left side of the chemist.Don't get me wrong the other staff and the other female pharmacist are really nice people.
