Fantastic service today. Dropped my car off for its MOT and before entering reception a member of staff outside on his break smiled at me and said hi. In reception I was greeted warmly and easily dropped the car off. The gentleman phoned me back when it was completed and shared a little joke with and said my car was ready to be collected.
The whole process was easy, friendly and professional. I am extremely happy and would not hesitated returning to this garage for any future work. Thank you :)

Got my new tyres fitted today and had a great experience. The staff were very helpful ? both gents I spoke to were lovely and made everything easy and stress-free. I mentioned I was worried about a possible issue with my suspension, and they kindly checked it over and reassured me that everything is fine. I?ve also been advised to pop back in on Monday so they can take a look at my aircon. Really appreciate the friendly, honest, and thorough service! Thank you!

Wow. Best place to fix your car. Very precise and services oriented. Values for money and always ready to do more and see beyond your problems. Very helpful, kind and informative team at Halfords Autocentre Scotswood Road.
Two team members made and impact on me of Steven who I met at the dropping my vehicle and pickup. Very friendly and formative on how the brake check would go about. Was very happy to take down the information I gave about my issue too and Jez who communicated great over the phone explaining what repairs were required and happy to listen to my reason for choosing halfords too.
Definitely going back to that Halfords for MOT and service next year.

Had my MOT, service and tyres changed at Halfords. Steph and Stuart are such lovely staff! They assisted me with my car and helped answering all my questions. I really recommend both of them/this Halfords!

Had car in for MOT failed on emissions and a loose headlight. To resolve the problem they said it would need a full service which was £300 which he also said they couldn't guarantee it would fix the problem. I didn't have that type of money and wanted to take it away for a second opinion. Took it to a local garage in Dunston who before checking the emissions sat and revved the car a few times then checked it. Did the test and the emissions were absolutely fine. He also pointed out on the tests done by Halfords that each time it was performed the emissions were getting lower and had they have revved the car it would have cleared whatever was coming out. They also fixed my headlight for free and re did the MOT within an hour saving me £££ on unnecessary work. Very disappointed Halfords lost trust my trust now. Won't be back
